How your personal data will be used

The personal data you provide will be processed pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code“) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR“) by MyChef Ristorazione Commerciale SpA, with registered office in Milano (MI), via Caldera n. 21 – Blue Building Ala 3 (cap 20126), Tax Id. Code and VAT No. 04628730964, in its capacity as Data Controller (the “Company” or the “Data Controller“), also by means of IT tools, exclusively for personnel selection purposes and in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the GDPR.

These personal data will not be disclosed and may be communicated, if necessary, to external personnel selection companies, working in collaboration with the Company, which all have the capacity of Data Controller pursuant to article 28 of the GDPR. The updated list of appointed data processors may be provided upon request by data subjects and/or Users.

In the event that a Data Protection Officer is appointed, his/her identification data will be made known by means of their publication, supplementing this information notice.

Failure to provide such personal data and/or to provide consent for their processing/communication will not allow the evaluation of your application.

Please do not include in your CV any sensitive data (such as: personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union type, as well as personal data disclosing health-related or sex-life related aspects) or judicial data. In the event that such sensitive data or judicial data are spontaneously provided, it is necessary to append to the curriculum vitae the signed declaration of consent to the processing of such sensitive and/or judicial data; failure to give such consent will make it impossible to process the data.

Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be kept for a specified period, based on criteria depending the nature of the services provided and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 12 months after the data have been provided.

Your rights

In accordance with article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and with articles 13, paragraph 2, letters (b) and (d), 15, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we hereby inform you that you are entitled at any time to do the following:

(i) to review your data and ask for their updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, or to oppose to or limit their processing.

(ii) to revoke the consent given under article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR without prejudice to the lawfulness of the consent-based processing prior to the revocation.

(iii) to receive in a standard format, commonly used and readable from an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to the Company. and you have the right to transmit such data to another Data Controller without resistance by the Company;

(iv) to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the protection of personal data, following the procedures and indications published on the official website of the Authority on www.garanteprivacy.it.

The exercise of these rights is not subject to any restriction of form and is free of charge.

In the event of request for limiting the processing of the data provided, or opposition to their processing, or request for cancelling them, or revocation of consent, the Company may reserve the right to retain some of the candidate’s data to the extent that they are necessary for the protection of its “legitimate interest”.
